Not a Filler

Profhilo is not a conventional dermal filler — it is a highly purified, unbuffered hyaluronic acid that spreads through the skin's deep layers rather than staying in one place. Its purpose is to bio-remodel the skin by stimulating collagen and elastin production, rather than adding volume.

How It Works

Profhilo is injected at five points on each side of the face (the BAP technique) and spreads naturally through the dermis. Over four to six weeks, it triggers the body's own regenerative response — improving skin quality, laxity, and hydration from the inside out.

The Results

Patients describe their skin as feeling firmer, smoother, and more hydrated. It is particularly effective for skin laxity in the face, neck, and hands — and works well as a complement to anti-wrinkle treatment or dermal fillers, or as a standalone treatment for patients who prefer a more subtle improvement.
